- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This has to be one of the worst offices there is. This place is pathetic. It's been 8 months now since i signed up for medicaid for the fourth time since they said they never received ANY of my recertification letters and both of my children and myself are STILL waiting to receive a medicaid card! It seems like everytime I call and talk to someone they just dont give a sht and transfer me to someone else. I dont know how many different case workers i have had over the years but the only one I ever liked was a lady named melissa king and i always received my medicaid cards on time when she wad my caseworker. Dont ever know what happened to her but she was apparently the only one who cares about anyone else..I really HATE this place! I might get my kids to the doctor within the next year..lets just hope the don't get sick before then.By Keiriana Mitchell, January 07, 2017
